Hey, I have seen a lot of YouTube videos where people have the bigwater 132 pdl in the photic camo (my favorite), but it’s not on the product lineup on the website. Why is this? Can we expect the photic camo anytime soon?

The Photic color option has been discontinued for this model.

Has anyone had problems with the steering mechanism? My Big Water PDL 132 gets very tight as the day goes on. It becomes almost impossible to steer.

It shouldn't get tighter as the day goes on. Sounds like something could be binding up in the steering system but if that were the case, it would not progress as the day goes on. We'd suggest having a local dealer take a look at your kayak to see if they can notice any problems that may be occurring.

Looking for an okdtown kayak cover that will go over the seat too

Old Town does not have any covers in our line. A quick search brought up the following companies you may be interested in. Danuu Paddle Gear, Amazon, Boat Covers Direct

We do not offer a motor console for any of our pedal-drive kayaks. Nor do we offer a pedal drive unit for any of our motorized kayaks. Anything added would be all aftermarket, DYI

If I should have repairs needed that you cover under warranty would I need to ship the kayak back to you?

It would depend on the repair. If there is a local dealer that could assist with repairs, that may be an option as well. More info can be found at the link below. Hope this helps! https://oldtownwatercraft.johnsonoutdoors.com/us/warranty

Will adding a one objective bow mount void the hull warranty if it requires holes to be drilled to install the mount?

Any holes drilled into the kayak will void the warranty for the area the holes have been drilled into.

Do you or will you offer an upgrade kit to go from the Bigwater PDL to the ePDL?

Sorry but no - we have no plans on offering any type of conversion kit at this time.
