Old Town Return Policy

Please retain all packaging material until you are completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. Doing so will make it easier to return the item if necessary.

We accept returns on full priced boats and/or accessories that HAVE NOT BEEN PADDLED or PUT ON WATER, DEMOED, WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL ORIGINAL packaging/tags attached.  Boat returns are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

All returns require Return Authorization initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

You may obtain your Return Authorization number by contacting the fulfiller on your packing slip and/or bill of lading.

  1. Package up your item(s). 
  2. Provide your Order Number for faster credit, as well as name and email address. You can also include a copy of your original pack slip or a print out of your order confirmation email.
  3. Ship your items. You are responsible for return freight, any insurance, and scheduling the pickup of your package.

CREDIT

Upon receipt of your return, items are inspected to ensure that they are received in the same condition in which they were shipped.  Once confirmed your credit will be processed (excluding original shipping & re-stocking fees) within 1-2 business days. The fulfiller is not responsible for items lost in transit.  We recommend you ship returns through an insured traceable carrier.
