Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) Certificates of Compliance for products manufactured this year and over the past six years are readily available here. For older products or if you do not find the certificate you are looking for please contact Johnson Outdoors Watercraft: email JOWC.Quality@johnsonoutdoors.com.

Since 2008, the CPSIA has required some of the products distributed in the United States to be accompanied by a General Certificate of Compliance (GCC) or a Children’s Product Certificate (CPC). These certificates state that the product complies with the applicable mandatory standards or regulations promulgated by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and provide other required information. Not all Johnson Outdoors Gear Inc. products will have certificates of conformity because they are not subject to an applicable mandatory standard or regulation. For those of our products that are subject to a mandatory safety standard, this website will provide you with the relevant certificates of conformity.
